Derby High School soccer player Ali Schreiber signed her letter of  intent to play soccer with Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar Missouri.

Schreiber, daughter of Derrick and Rikki Schreiber and Kim and Mark Wallace,  has been playing soccer for eleven years and has lettered as a varsity player during all four years of high school.

In addition to her varsity letters Schreiber has been recognized with an All Academic Team award, Distinguished Scholastic Achievement Award, and she was part of the 2005 AVCTL championship team and Regionals runner up team.

In 2006 and 2007 best defensive player award, 2006 All Legue honorable mention and 2007 All Metro team and second team AVCTL honorable mention.

Although she has seen much success, this defensive player keeps her eye on scholastic studies as well as her soccer performance.

Schreiber will be attending SBU under both her athletic scholarship and an academic scholarship.

She plans to study criminal justice with a minor in physics.

At SBU Schreiber will be playing under coach Benjamin Wade who was unable to attend the public signing due to recruiting schedule conflicts.
