One of the most anticipated events in Derby is just around the corner.
Derby Days will be held from Friday, May 29 to Sunday, June 1.
Buttons go on sale today for the event, which kicks off with a parade on Friday and wraps up with a dog show and concert on Sunday.
Buttons cost $2 and can be bought at the following Derby locations:
• Commerce Bank
• Dillons
• Wal-Mart
• Fidelity Bank
• Intrust Bank
• Bank of the West
• The Derby Informer
• The Derby Reporter
• Powell Jewelry
• Emprise Bank
• Verus Bank
• Sunflower Quilts
This year’s event will mark its 30th anniversary.
Derby Days features an Ottaway Carnival, the annual Derby Days Parade, concerts by Show at the Ballroom, Acrosstic, Mumblin’ Jones, Stone Ashley and The Benders,  the Derby Chamber of Commerce’s ShopFest, a dodgeball tournament, the Derby Garden Tour, the groundbreaking of the new Derby Public Library, a dog show and parade of breeds, and KidFest.
