Failure to appear - Joshua D. Ketcham, 31, of Derby was arrested on Aug. 9 at 7:54 a.m. in the 500 block of S. Westview. He was released from the station on bond.

Failure to appear - Angie M. Wilson, 39,  of Derby was arrested on Aug. 9 at 11: 57 a.m. in the 300 block of N. Willow. He was released from the station on bond.

Violation of drug laws - A 16-year-old male of Derby and a 17-year-old male of Onamia, Minn. were arrested on Aug. 9 at 11:57 a.m. in the 600 block of N. Rock Rd. for unlawful possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were booked into the Sedgwick County Juvenile Intake Assessment Center (JIAC).

DUI - Monique R. Torrez, 25, of Wellington was arrested on Aug. 10 at 2:16 a.m. in the 1100 block of N. K-15 for driving under the influence. She was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail (SCJ). 

Failure to appear - Diana J. Moncrief, 40, of Derby was arrested in the 200 block of N. Baltimore on Aug. 11 at 2:31 p.m. She was released from the station on bond. 

Failure to appear - Jason W. Dallas, 26, of Wichita was arrested in the 200 block of N. Baltimore on Aug. 11 at 3:50 p.m. He was released from the station on bond.

Failure to Appear - Joelsette R. Seal, 32, of Mulvane was arrested in the 200 block of N. Baltimore on Aug. 11 at 4:30 p.m. She was released from the station on bond.

Failure to Appear - Marvin C. Hicks, 32, of Wichita was arrested in the 200 block of N. Baltimore on Aug. 12 at 11;40 p.m. He was released from the station on bond.

Burglary - A 17-year-old male and a 14-year-old male, both of Derby, were arrested in the 800 block of E. Chet Smith for burglary, theft and criminal damage to property on Aug. 13 at 7:41 p.m. Both were transported to JIAC.

Possession of drug paraphernalia - Josiah W. Cantrell, 18, and a 15-year-old male, both of Derby were arrested in the 1100 block of E. Kay on Aug. 14 at 5:03 p.m.  Cantrell was booked into SCJ and the juvenile  was transported to JIAC.
Criminal trespass - Jason S. Stemme, 23, of Loganvale, Nev., and Grant R. McCullough, 22, of Udall, were arrested in the 200 block of S. Woodlawn on Aug. 14 at 6:14 p.m. Both were booked into SCJ. 

Possession of marijuana - Jeremy J. Lamberson, 19, of Derby was arrested in the 200 block of W. Market for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 15 at 2:30 a.m. He was booked into SCJ.

DUI - Travis A. Miller, 22, of Peck was arrested in the 1400 block of N. Nelson for driving under the influence on Aug. 16 at 2:09 a.m. He was booked into SCJ.
